Job summary

HearingLife, part of the Demant group, is seeking a full-time Audiologist for our Raleigh, NC Lake Boone Office. The role provides comprehensive hearing healthcare and an exceptional patient experience.

A current Audiologist license per state requirements is required. We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary of $70,000-$95,000 plus monthly commission opportunities, plus benefits including PTO, healthcare, 401(k) with match, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active Audiologist license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
• Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care.
• Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance.
• Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
• Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals.
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching.
• Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance.
• Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results.
• Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner.
