HearingLife in Ocala, FL is seeking a licensed Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team. The role focuses on comprehensive hearing healthcare and delivering an exceptional patient experience while meeting monthly and annual financial goals.

You will conduct hearing assessments, fittings, and patient education, troubleshoot devices, and participate in telehealth initiatives as part of a patient-centric care team.

Qualifications

• Active Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
• Conduct hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings.
• Provide aftercare, troubleshooting, and maintenance for devices.
• Counsel patients on hearing aid options, payment methods, and third-party payor processes.
• Support clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and leadership to meet financial targets.
