Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team in Ocala, FL. The role provides comprehensive hearing healthcare and an exceptional patient experience. Licensure per Florida state requirements is expected.

Responsibilities include hearing assessments, fittings, patient education, aftercare, and collaboration with care coordinators. The position offers a competitive salary plus uncapped monthly commission and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
  • Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care.
  • Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance.
  • Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with regulations.
  • Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet financial goals.
  • Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching.
  • Maintain continuing education and licensure compliance.
  • Operate audiometric equipment and interpret test results.
  • Clearly communicate test outcomes and treatment plans to patients.

Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office Location: Ocala, FL

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

Compensation
  • $60,000-$90,000 +Monthly Uncapped Commission

  • Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching
  • Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance
  • Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
  • Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner
