You will work directly with the owner to turn AI tools into a reliable workforce that gets real work done. You do not need to be a programmer. You need to be organized, confident with technology, and willing to figure things out.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, confident with technology, and willing to figure things out.
• No programming required.
• Experience handling AI tools and workflows is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Give bots clear instructions and keep them moving.
• Check bot work and step in when something breaks or needs human judgment.
• Use AI to build and update simple applications and automate workflows.
• Improve workflows and automate more of the business.
