You’ll translate business rules from stakeholders into prompts, skills, and connectors, partnering across Acquisitions, Accounting, Leasing, and Operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with LLMs, APIs, and Microsoft 365 integrations, with a base salary of $100,000–$145,000 and standard benefits, plus occasional travel to portfolio sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automation, business systems, solutions engineering, or similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic tools; writing prompts, skills, or instructions for reliable results.
• Experience building skills, custom assistants, plugins, or connectors on AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Grok.
• Familiarity with APIs and basic automation concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate business problems to technical solutions.
• Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work with business teams.
• Good judgment about data sensitivity and when to involve a human reviewer.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders to map current manual workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and connectors that automate data entry, reporting, and document review.
• Integrate agents with systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Yardi) using connectors and low-code tools.
• Package tools for non-technical users with concise how-to guides.
• Monitor, maintain, and iterate deployed automations; track efficiency gains.
• Create a reusable library of skills, templates, and connectors.
