Job summary

52Launch is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Specialist/Manager to lead 3PL operations, warehouse management, and international shipments from our Framingham, MA location. The role combines logistics, ordering, and team leadership to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment for multiple brands.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in operations management, proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office, and experience with WMS/IMS systems.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory systems (IMS/WMS).
Experience supervising warehouse staff.
Working knowledge of international logistics, freight, and customs compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse & fulfillment center operations with focus on accuracy and on-time shipping.
Manage import/export operations, carrier quotes, and international logistics.
Coordinate domestic inbound/outbound freight, carrier relations, and SLA fulfillment.
Supervise warehouse staff and maintain SOP compliance.
Oversee WMS usage and data integrity; manage invoicing for transport & warehouse services.
