Qualifications

• 7+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
• Experience with NoSQL technologies and key-value stores (ElastiCache, Aerospike, Redis, Memcached)
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience developing software in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, etc.)
• Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, storage, network, security, and cloud infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 6+ years of technical work experience

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock customers’ largest business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader through forums, blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and events.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts, solutions, initiatives.
• Develop and support an internal AWS expert community worldwide.
• Create field enablement materials to show how to integrate AWS solutions into customer architectures.
