Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Specialist Solutions Architect focused on GenAI within Data & AI GTM to guide customers in designing AI-powered solutions and adoption patterns for software engineering.

You will interact with customers to understand business problems and translate feedback into technical requirements for product and engineering teams. The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, field enablement, and producing white papers, reference architectures, and presentations to scale

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer and influence feature development and product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock business challenges.
• Share best practices through forums, blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public talks.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts and initiatives.
• Develop and support field enablement materials for the wider SA population.
