Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an AWS GenAI Specialist Solutions Architect to be the SME for designing agentic AI solutions for developers.

In this role you will interact with customers to understand business problems and help implement AI solutions, deliver sessions, and guide adoption paths for AI-driven software engineering. You will collaborate with data scientists and solution architects, develop white papers and reference implementations, and create field enablement materials to

Qualifications

8+ years of specific technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain-aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.
Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re:Invent, etc.
Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best-in-class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide; create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures.
