Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with strong research, writing and analysis skills.
• Active NY State Bar membership in good standing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage defense litigation from inception to verdict for insureds and company.
• Coordinate discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Interview clients and witnesses; maintain communication records.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and represent the company as needed.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulatory impacts on cases.
• Participate in training and mentorship programs.
