Job summary

WS Development, Massachusetts-based mixed-use developer, is seeking a Designer to join its in-house Studio Team. The role will support design leadership across Development, Construction, Leasing and Marketing for new and existing retail and mixed-use developments.

The Designer will develop concepts, brand standards and collateral, review drawings, and collaborate with junior teammates to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with architecture, landscape, lighting and signage review.
• Portfolio or work samples required.

Responsibilities

• Assist design leadership across Studio teams and cross-functional groups.
• Develop design concepts and studies for multiple projects.
• Review external consultants' drawings for architecture, signage, interiors.
• Create Leasing collateral and tenant design manuals.
• Support with meeting minutes and documentation.
