Job summary

Unispace US Design team seeks a Senior Associate Designer to join our Southern Region, driving high-profile workplace design projects and developing client relationships. You will collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Preconstruction and Delivery teams to win work and guide projects to successful completion.

You will mentor Designers and Senior Designers, oversee design documentation, and push forInnovative design narratives that elevate commercial spaces in the Office Interiors market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading end-to-end commercial interior design projects.
• Experience delivering high-profile pitches and persuasive RFP materials.
• Strong understanding of project financials, codes, market trends in the US.
• Proficiency in design software (Revit, InDesign, Photoshop) and technical drawing oversight.
• Ability to lead teams, influence executives, and mentor staff.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile workplace design projects from inception to delivery.
• Manage senior client relationships and advocate for client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Preconstruction on RFPs and pitches.
• Mentor Designers and Senior Designers in design and presentation standards.
• Champion Unispace methodology across the project lifecycle.
• Drive design best practices, sustainability standards, and tech adoption.
