Qualifications

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Speech Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Facilitate learning of skills essential for communication and swallowing.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans including goals and modalities.
• Participate in resident assessments and care plans.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ quality of life.
