Job summary

The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team located in beautiful North Wales, PA. You will provide essential speech-language services to improve residents' rehabilitation and communication skills.

This role involves developing comprehensive treatment plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and working towards enhancing the quality of life for our residents. A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist is required.

Qualifications

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Speech Language Pathologist.

The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for Speech Language Pathologists to join our wonderful IN HOUSE therapy team!

Located in beautiful North Wales, PA, our facility contains 270 long-term care beds, 54 short-term rehabilitation beds, and 48 apartments in our personal care unit.

Job Type: Full Time

The Speech Language Pathologist works under the leadership of our Director of Rehabilitation.

Speech Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Speech Language Pathologist will provide speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Speech Language Pathologist facilitates the learning of skills and functions essential for communication and swallowing, to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits.
• Speech Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive treatment plans including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Will participate in developing and implementation of resident assessments and care plans.
• Will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.

Education/Experience

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Speech Language Pathologist.
