Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• CCC required for licensure in practice area.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice required.
• Continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals per standards.
• Evaluate and collect data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop a treatment plan with short- and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family, and staff on speech-language procedures for carryover.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Screen residents to identify needs and ensure timely delivery of services.
