Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Omaha, NE. This part-time role focuses on delivering quality therapy, evaluating needs, and coordinating with staff to ensure optimal resident care.

You will develop treatment plans, document according to CMS in NetHealth, and supervise FEES/MBS procedures as required, maintaining professional licensure and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop a treatment plan with target, short-term and long-term goals.
• Instructs patient, family, and staff in speech-language procedures for carryover.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols with site coordination.
• Participate in screening protocols to meet residents' needs timely and with clinical excellence.

Education
