Job summary

The Partners Group is seeking an In-House Senior Paralegal with commercial real estate experience to support its fast-growing industrial and commercial real estate platform in Atlanta.

The successful candidate will manage deal flow from origination through diligence and closing, coordinate third-party due diligence, review materials, and liaise with outside counsel, lenders, and vendors across acquisitions, financing, leasing and portfolio matters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of substantive industrial or commercial real estate experience.
• Experience across acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, entity matters.
• Ability to manage a high volume of matters simultaneously.
• Experience drafting notices and handling NDAs/confidentiality agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal flow from origination through diligence and closing.
• Coordinate third-party due diligence: title, survey, environmental, zoning, engineering.
• Review diligence materials and identify issues requiring escalation.
• Support acquisition, disposition, and construction loan closings.
• Serve as primary contact with outside counsel, lenders, venture partners, escrow and title companies, and other vendors.

(Exclusive) In-House Senior Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate (Atlanta): The Partners Group is currently recruiting a Senior Paralegal with commercial real estate experience for our longtime client and one of the nation’s fastest-growing private real estate investment and development companies. This in-house paralegal opportunity supports the company’s sophisticated and high-volume industrial and commercial real estate platform. The successful candidate will play an integral role across the lifecycle of the company’s real estate transactions and ongoing portfolio matters, with responsibility spanning acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, entity matters, and property operations.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of substantive industrial or commercial real estate experience, preferably within an institutional investment/ownership environment or a sophisticated law firm real estate practice. The paralegal should be accustomed to taking ownership of meaningful work rather than functioning solely in an administrative capacity. Strong knowledge of the lifecycle of a commercial real estate transaction, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage a significant volume of matters simultaneously is important. Responsibilities include managing deal flow from origination through diligence and closing; coordinating third-party due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, zoning, and engineering matters; reviewing diligence materials and identifying issues requiring escalation; supporting acquisition, disposition, and construction loan closings; and serving as a primary point of contact with outside counsel, lenders, venture partners, escrow and title companies, and other third-party vendors.

Must have experience with commercial agreements such as NDAs and confidentiality agreements and be able to draft notices and correspond with tenants as needed. Very competitive compensation package and benefits offered.
