Job summary

3i People in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a full-time hybrid role with a premier Am Law 60 firm. You will support attorneys on complex CRE transactions, including development, acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial properties.

The ideal candidate has prior law firm CRE experience, excellent organizational and document management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients and title companies to ensure timely closings.

Qualifications

• Prior law firm experience supporting attorneys in complex commercial real estate matters.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and abstracting purchase agreements and ground leases.
• Preparing critical dates memoranda and closing checklists.
• Analyzing title commitments, surveys, and underlying title documents.
• Drafting title summaries and objection letters.
• Coordinating closings.
• Managing post-closing matters, including recordings and title policy issuance.
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial leases, amendments, and related documents.
• Coordinating with clients and title companies to ensure timely execution and resolution of issues.
