Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Norfolk, VA is seeking an energetic in-person sales professional to present our vacation ownership offerings in a state-of-the-art center.

You will establish rapport with prospective and current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling, and drive sales through effective closing techniques. During training you’ll earn $20/hour plus commissions; after training, compensation is commission-based with a draw against minimum wage.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years sales/marketing experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections in a luxury sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center.
• Establish rapport with prospective owners and current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure and generate sales through effective closing techniques.
• Attend training sessions and department meetings to stay current on products and industry trends.
