Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In House Sales Manager in the Nashville area to drive revenue targets and lead a sales team. You will ensure policy compliance, mentor staff, and participate in daily sales meetings while coordinating with site trainers.

Qualified candidates will have Wyndham sales experience, a TN Timeshare License (or willingness to obtain), and a track record of team leadership. A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; College Degree is preferred.
• Must have a valid TN Timeshare License (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• Wyndham Presidents Club award preferred.
• Successful track record of Wyndham sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets and close transactions daily.
• Assist in personnel selection and development.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of direct reports.
• Recruit future sales associates.
• May be responsible for group sales presentations.
