Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Orlando seeks a Sales Executive, In House to assist Owners/guests with experiences and events, creating memorable vacation memories. You will help with property information and promotions, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries, pursue referrals, and maintain records to support effective follow-up opportunities, while adhering to company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Active Real Estate License where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up.
• Welcome guests and address their needs; interact professionally and promptly.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
