Ideal candidates hold an active Texas PTA license, experience in SNF or long-term care, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license in good standing.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PTA treatments under PT supervision.
• Record patient progress and document interventions accurately.
• Assist with mobility and functional activity programs.
• Coordinate with the PT and rehab team to update plans of care.
• Ensure timely documentation compliant with policies.
