The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with clear career growth opportunities and mentorship from industry veterans. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet weekly placement goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting or related experience preferred, entry-level considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player who can work independently
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions
• Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools is a plus
• High level of professionalism, persistence, and energy

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates
• Match candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goals
• Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates
• Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our ATS
• Assist with onboarding tasks and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with the sales team to fill open job orders quickly and effectively
• Meet weekly placement goals and earn commission based on performance
