• Draft, negotiate, and manage leases, amendments, SNDAs, and related documents.
• Assist with cross-functional M&A due diligence and post‑acquisition real estate integration.
• Advise on landlord/tenant disputes, building codes, and ADA matters.
• Maintain knowledge of leases, deeds, and related documents.
