Job summary

Sprenger Therapy’s in-house rehabilitation team is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver patient-centered care at our family-owned SNF network in Ohio. You will provide PTA services under supervision, support treatment planning, and help patients progress toward mobility and function goals.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision.
• Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression.
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
