Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, a family-owned senior living organization operating 12 facilities in Ohio and South Carolina. We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered care at Amherst Manor.

You’ll provide skilled PTA services, assist with treatment planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and safety.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision.
• Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression.
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
