Job summary

Sprenger Therapy in Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an in-house role in our family-owned therapy network. We prioritize patient-centered care and clinical autonomy, with mentorship available for new grads and a supportive, clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• Current PT license or license-eligible in Ohio.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
