Sprenger Therapy in Massillon, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an in-house rehab role at Rose Lane Health and Rehab. You’ll evaluate residents and develop individualized plans in collaboration with families and the care team.

This position offers mentorship for new graduates, autonomy in clinical judgment, and opportunities to grow within a 12‑facility network across Ohio and South Carolina, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
