Job summary

BankSupplies is seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Technician to lead daily in-house printing operations and develop standardized procedures for new and existing products. You will work with pen printers, screen presses, and related equipment, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes production efficiency, process improvement, and collaboration with design and production teams to expand in-house capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Production Operations: Manage and execute daily in-house printing jobs from setup through completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Process Development & Improvement: Establish SOPs, identify improvements to efficiency, and develop best practices for setup, printing, QC, and cleanup.
• Product Testing & Expansion: Test new products and materials, assess feasibility and documentation of results; collaborate with design manager.
• Equipment Maintenance & Organization: Perform preventive maintenance, clean and store screens, inks, tools, and related materials; monitor supplies.
