Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Printing Operations team member to handle daily production tasks, print and mail account statements, and support loading and operating printing equipment.

The role requires reliability, detail orientation, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment while communicating effectively with internal customers and partners. The position offers standard banking hours with some weekend variation as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of banking experience or college degree preferred.
• High degree of reliability and dependability.
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Works independently to complete daily production tasks accurately and on time.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, with the aptitude to quickly learn and operate job-specific software, web-based applications, and printing equipment.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.; pallet jack experience preferred.
• Effective and efficient verbal and written communication.
• Ability to provide excellent service to internal customers and business partners.
• Demonstrated performance in a volume-driven environment where workload fluctuates, but deadlines stay the same and service levels must be met.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/noisy environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
