Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards and department procedures.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with short and long-term goals.
• Perform screenings and evaluations to determine intervention needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and plans to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
