FEG Investment Advisors seeks a detail‑oriented Paralegal to support the General Counsel and legal department in contract review, administration, and corporate documentation in a fast‑paced in‑house setting in Cincinnati.

You will draft and format basic documents, maintain records, coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel, and help manage the contract lifecycle and compliance obligations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal certificate recommended.
• 3–7 years of paralegal experience, preferably in-house.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, including NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Maintain contract lifecycle: intake, drafting, routing, execution, and renewal tracking.
• Maintain contract repository and document management system.
• Track contractual obligations and renewal dates.
• Assist General Counsel in reviewing agreements for consistency with standards.
• Prepare contract summaries, redlines, and supporting documentation.
• Draft and format basic legal documents and templates.
• Maintain corporate records and legal files.
• Prepare board materials and governance documents as needed.
• Manage legal workflows and document tracking; coordinate e-signatures.
• Liaise between legal and internal departments; assist with outside counsel coordination and invoices.
