Job description

Multifamily Painters & Crews – Experience on large apartment/townhome projects required. Proven track record with working efficiently to keep up with schedule.

Residential Repaint Crews – Interior and exterior repainting experience needed.

Custom Home Crews – High-end custom home experience; cleanliness and attention to detail are a must. Experts with wiping stains, gel stains, lacquers etc.

• Proven painting experience (multifamily, repaints, custom homes).
• Ability to produce clean, high-quality work.
• Reliable transportation and your own basic tools.
• Ability to work well with a team and hit deadlines.
• Professional attitude — we’re looking for painters who take pride in their work.

Pay

• Helpers with no experience start at $14
• Preppers range from $17-$19
• Painters $20-23
• Lead Painters $24-$26
• Foreman = $29-$35

All starting pay is dependent on the onsite interview where we put your skills to the test! As skills increase so does pay. Leadership opportunities available beyond the Foreman role as you grow with our company.
