Spray ‘N Coat Painting is the leading residential and commercial painting company serving the Treasure Valley. We are looking for professional painters who take pride in their work, communicate well with others, and want to be part of a stable, respectful, and quality-driven team.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. We're not looking for temporary labor or unreliable production painters. We are building a strong team of professionals who care about craftsmanship, customer experience, and working together the right way.

Compensation Range

• Base Pay - $20–$32 an hour, depending on experience, reliability, workmanship, professionalism, and leadership ability.
• Additional quarterly and annual performance bonus programs

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation and masking
• Brushing, rolling, and spraying
• Cabinet and fine finish work when applicable
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Communicating professionally with team members and customers
• Following company processes, safety standards, and job expectations
• Representing the company professionally on job sites

• Previous painting experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work on ladders and remain physically active throughout the day
