Arvada Care & Rehab in Arvada, CO, is a post-acute care facility offering long-term and short-term geriatric services. We are seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program to provide skilled treatments under an OT supervisor.

Responsibilities include ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and monitoring progress. Must be a graduate of an accredited OTA program and hold state licensure; all experience levels considered.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Must hold current and active State license/registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
