Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Wilson, NC. This position offers Full Time, Part Time, or PRN options to fit your schedule.

The OT will plan, organize, and direct therapy services, conduct resident assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care and proper documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine the best intervention or treatment.
• Evaluate residents and develop short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate findings and plans to residents, families, and the care team.
• Schedule and coordinate in-house OT therapy with team members.
• Deliver therapy according to plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Oversee COTA and ensure compliant care and reimbursement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
