Job summary

Evolve-Therapy-Services in Springfield, Missouri, seeks an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. The role is full-time, with flexible scheduling, relocation assistance, or part-time/PRN options.

You will plan and direct OT services, supervise a COTA, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care. Ongoing education and licensure maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT degree and an active state license.
• Continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Experience in SNF or inpatient rehab is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct OT services in the facility.
• Screen residents to determine best intervention for each patient.
• Evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and set goals.
• Communicate findings and plans to residents, families, and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with the team.
• Document and bill OT services accurately and timely.
• Supervise COTA and ensure proper documentation and reimbursement.
