Success Mortgage in Williamsburg, VA seeks a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to work in-house with top Realtors and leverage in-house meetings, events, and marketing. You’ll receive leads to close more loans and build relationships with new agents for referrals.

Hybrid/remote options may be available; a fast, supported environment helps you close loans quickly while maximizing your income through strong commission splits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass national licensing exam or hold current license (NMLS).
• Two or more years as a Loan Officer preferred.
• General financial industry experience.
• Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience:

• A High School Diploma or GED


• Ability to pass national licensing exam (or hold current license)


• NMLS license in at least one of these states to begin: VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX


• two or more years as a Loan Officer is preferred.


• General financial industry experience


• Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work


• Strong computer background with 1 to 2 years' experience in mortgage software
