Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a loan officer, a current NMLS license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with solid mortgage software and CRM skills at hand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass national licensing exam or hold current NMLS license.
• NMLS license in at least one state (VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX).
• Two+ years as a Loan Officer preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass national licensing exam (or hold current license)
• NMLS license in at least one of these states to begin: VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX
• two or more years as a Loan Officer is preferred.
• General financial industry experience
• Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work
• Strong computer background with 1 to 2 years' experience in mortgage software
