Success Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to work in-house with top real estate agents, leveraging partnerships and leads to close more loans. The role provides access to multiple lenders, a broad product set, and strong support from our marketing and tech teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass national licensing exam or hold current license (NMLS).
• NMLS license in VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX to begin.
• Two or more years as a Loan Officer preferred.
• General financial industry experience.
• Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong computer background with 1–2 years' mortgage software experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in-house with top real estate agents to originate loans.
• Utilize provided leads to close additional loans.
• Build relationships with new agents and leverage marketing support.
• Offer a wide range of loan products with competitive rates.
• Aim for quick closings by preparing tight files and efficient processing.
