Hyatt Vacation Club at Highlands Inn in Carmel, CA is seeking an In-House Marketing Coordinator/Vacation Sales Concierge to support the Sales & Marketing team. The role offers full-time hours, weekend availability, and uncapped earning potential through wages, commissions, and bonuses.

Responsibilities include scheduling sales presentations, providing top-tier service to Owners and guests, qualifying attendees, and using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while preserving loyalty.

• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
