Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a motivated guest services coordinator to engage directly with resort guests, deliver concierge-like service, and guide attendees through owner update discussions and workshops. You’ll partner with resort staff to ensure smooth arrivals and positive guest interactions.

With 1–3 years in sales or marketing, strong communication, and teamwork, you’ll thrive in our high-energy environment while upholding high standards of service and use of digital tools.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Maintain production standards.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift.
