Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a hospitality-focused coordinator to engage guests checking into our resorts with direct, face-to-face marketing and concierge-like service. You will help drive owner updates and workshops by scheduling meetings and guiding guests through the process.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in sales or marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy, shared-space environment. A high school diploma is required; college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team in a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss owner updates and workshops.
• Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests during shift.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of sales and or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Maintain production standards
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $18.90 - $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses.
