Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Key West is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to assist in delivering memorable experiences and vacation memories for Owners and guests. You will schedule sales presentations, provide top-tier service, and help ensure attendees meet eligibility while learning about products and services.

The role requires flexible availability including holidays and weekends, with background screening as applicable.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work varied shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Concierge or sales background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, a typical day will include:

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing In House:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
