Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a motivated sales professional in Phoenix, AZ to conduct in-person 1v1 presentations with prospective owners. You will engage clients, build rapport, and apply closing techniques to drive sales in a luxury travel context.

The role requires 1–3+ years in sales/marketing, a College degree preferred, and may require an Arizona Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one. Training and compliance are emphasized, with benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years sales/marketing experience preferred.
• College Degree preferred.
• Arizona Real Estate License required or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a short, luxury sales cycle.
• General knowledge of the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Generate sales using proper closing techniques.
• Present and deliver sales presentations per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and materials.
• All clients are provided and prequalified by our on-site marketing team.
