Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support the in-house legal team on complex disputes, employment matters, IP litigation, regulatory proceedings, and insurance claims. You will work with the CLO, senior counsel, and outside counsel to shape litigation strategy and efficiency.

The role covers document management, case calendars, discovery, and budget tracking, with opportunities to innovate in how legal services are delivered using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Notary license preferred.
• Experience with e-discovery platforms and case management software.
• Knowledge of federal/state court procedures and discovery rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain litigation holds and coordinate with IT on data preservation.
• Manage case files and discovery, including e-discovery platforms.
• Prepare regulatory filings and responses to government inquiries.
• Support internal investigations and settlement administration.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage litigation budgets.
