Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our Legal team in Nashville. You will support in-house counsel with administrative tasks, pre-litigation and litigation matters, and document collection while coordinating with cross-functional partners to keep legal operations efficient.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Collaborative, with ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships.
• Exceptionally organized, efficient, detail-oriented and articulate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in-house counsel with administrative tasks and pre-litigation matters.
• Conduct fact investigations related to pre-litigation matters and assist with document collection.
• Prepare memoranda and summaries of factual research for supervising attorneys.
• Work cross-functionally with non-Legal partners to gather facts and improve processes.
