Job summary

RealPage seeks a Paralegal to assist attorneys by preparing, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and records. Under in-house counsel, this role supports third-party subpoena response, litigation activities, corporate governance, compliance initiatives, and legal research efforts.

The Paralegal works cross-functionally with business teams to gather information, coordinate legal processes, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or paralegal credential required.
• Minimum 3 years supporting an in-house legal team or law firm.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal documents and records.
• Support subpoenas, litigation, corporate governance, compliance, and research.
• Coordinate responses with external parties and internal teams; use templates and AI tools.
• Track metrics, budgets, and outside counsel spend as assigned.
