Schnuck Markets, Inc. is seeking a paralegal operations specialist to serve as the self-sustaining engine for the in-house legal department. The role focuses on managing litigation risk, e-discovery workflows, and data management across legal platforms to drive efficiency and control outside counsel costs.

Required 5–8 years of paralegal experience with civil litigation exposure, strong document drafting, and meticulous deadline management. The position is hybrid, based in St.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or paralegal certificate required.
• 5–8 years paralegal experience or certificate.
• 3–5 years civil litigation paralegal experience required.
• Strong attention to detail under court deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Discovery Management: direct civil and workers' comp discovery, draft requests/responses, monitor deadlines, index documents.
• Medical Records: retrieve/manage medical files, issue subpoenas, summarize records, maintain digital systems.
• Communications: act as liaison for witnesses, store employees, experts, court personnel for external affairs.
• Litigation Support: index transcripts, organize large datasets, draft corporate resolutions, prepare witness outlines.
