Confidential Employer in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its in-house team. The role involves managing a diverse civil litigation caseload from pleadings to resolution, developing strategies, handling discovery, depositions, and negotiations, and representing the company in mediations and trials.

Ideal candidates hold an active Nevada Bar license with 6+ years of civil litigation experience, including jury trials and arbitrations.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license
• 6+ years of substantial civil litigation experience; 8+ years preferred
• Experience independently managing litigation matters through multiple stages
• Meaningful experience with jury trials and arbitration proceedings
• Strong legal research, drafting, deposition, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while delivering high-quality legal work
• Residence in Southern Nevada and willingness to attend in-person proceedings
• Previous in-house counsel, real estate litigation, or commercial litigation experience is a plus
• California or Texas Bar admission is a plus, not required

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

Location

Las Vegas, NV – Currently 100% remote for attorneys residing in Southern Nevada! Occasional in-person court appearances and legal proceedings are required. The position is expected to transition to hybrid when our expanded Nevada office opens.

Note

Candidates must hold an active Nevada Bar license, have substantial hands-on civil litigation experience, and be comfortable independently managing a caseload. Jury trial and arbitration experience are required. Applicants must reside in Southern Nevada and be open to a future hybrid schedule.
